What hosting includes
I host all kinds of websites, whether I built them myself or they come from another agency. Either way, you always get a personal contact instead of a ticket number: if something comes up, you call me and I take care of it.
- Server location Germany: Your data never leaves Germany. You get a data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR.
- Email mailboxes: professional addresses like info@ihre-firma.de, accessible in Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and on your smartphone.
- Domains & SSL: registration of new domains, transfer of existing domains and, if you like, SSL certificates for an encrypted connection (for an additional fee).
- Free migration: I carefully plan and move your website, database, domain and mailboxes from your current provider, so no email gets lost.
- Backups with a maintenance plan: With a maintenance and support plan, your website is backed up daily and can be restored quickly if the worst happens.

Data protection without the headaches
Many websites unknowingly embed Google Fonts, external scripts or CDNs and thereby transfer their visitors' data to third countries. In my projects, fonts, scripts and images are stored on my own server in Germany. That makes your website faster and makes your privacy policy much easier.

Can I access my invoices online?
Soon, yes: in the new customer portal, you will be able to view and download your invoices at any time. The portal is currently in development.
Where are the servers located?
In Germany. Your website data and emails are stored and processed in Germany.
Do I get a data processing agreement?
Yes. You receive a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, which you need for your data protection documentation.
How does the move from my old provider work?
I copy your website and mailboxes, test everything on the new server and only then switch the domain over. That way, there is no downtime and no lost email.
Can I book hosting only, without maintenance?
Yes. Maintenance, SEO or social media plans are optional and can be added at any time.
Do you also host websites you didn't build?
Yes, I host all websites, no matter which system they use or who built them. Before the move, I take a quick look at the installation to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Are backups included in hosting?
Daily backups are part of the maintenance and support plan, which you can add to your hosting at any time. Then your website can be restored quickly if the worst happens.
